We liked this place and reasonably priced food.
Absolutely fabulous and fine rooms, very wonderful staff. The atmosphere created here was cool. Priceless view, a large balcony, relaxing bed, too. Within a walking distance of the sandy beach. The bar was excellent. Quick check in and in general polite service.

Cheap and very very clean hotel, unbeatable location. I appreciated that this property offered wake-up service available in rooms. Courteous services too! Also, I didn't find issues with free WiFi throughout the property.
-
I loved the individual building of the hotel and absolute perfect location. Stunning view of bay. Outdoor restaurant was small with fantastic food. The beach was natural. The venue provided a bar in the lobby. Soft drinks, fine wifi were a nice surprise.

We really enjoyed our time here. All those staff we met were friendly. It's around 4-6 minutes away by foot Iron Whale with nice drinks and cocktails.
There is no coffee . A bit noisy street.
-
We would definitely recommend the hotel.
-
proximity to the shore, foyer, staff
Room 315 should be avoided - the air conditioning for the hotel is directly below the window and is quite noisy.
-
room was bigger and more spacious than expected. lobby is great for hanging out. prices at the bar are fair
payment process is not optimal. you pay first and receive the invoice later by email. therefore it was not easy to question a wrong position on the invoice.
-
The location next to the convention hall center is a plus. Asbury Park is a city undergoing a renaissance. Very trendy
room equipment is correct, flooring is a little cold. No possibility to eat on the spot
-
Modern, very close to the Boardwalk
We had rooms above the exhaust air unit of the hotel - hum
-
The location is perfect! Very close to the beach.
The room was horrible. It reminded me of a youth hostel! Far too expensive for that. The rest of the hotel, lobby, pool etc. were nice.

A real boutique hotel
Nothing

hotel is modern and atypical. welcome is professional and warm. Concerns are solved immediately. room is spacious. dining area is open and uncomplicated. welcoming bar and choice of drinks and cocktails is wide. I warmly recommend it.
The only downside is the noise of the air-conditioning machines. But it's a must in the US. Ask for a room on the lake side.
